Full Doula Support Package

(Best for first-time parents, VBAC, or previously assisted delivery.)
• A free, no-strings-attached meet & greet consultation
• 2-3 prenatal visits. During these visits we will discuss/provide
o Your labor and birth preferences
o Your concerns, fears, wishes, dreams
o Labor comfort measures
o Practice of positions and breathing/relaxation
o Birth partner education and support
o Logistics & Contract
• Prayer, text, phone, or email support during your pregnancy
• Birth education class of your choice
• Access to exclusive client resources
o Articles and training materials
o Checklists to help you prepare for labor and postpartum
o Recipes for natural health support
• 100% labor support
o From the moment you call me when you are in labor and until you and baby are settled afterward (1-2 hours)
o Spiritual (prayer and scripture), emotional, physical, self-advocacy support, and informational support
o Comfort measures and positioning support
o Support through unexpected circumstances
o Integrate your birth partner fully into your birth experience through on-the-spot guidance and training
o Labor and birth photos as time allows
• Postpartum Support
o One 1-2 hour visit. This visit may include debriefing your birth experience, prayer, help with light chores, answering questions, breastfeeding support, referrals, newborn care concerns, hand/feet massage.
o Text support for up to 6 weeks
o Gift basket of healing super foods and instructions on use. ($150 value)
o Birth timeline keepsake journal

Consultation

Sometimes you need womanly support beyond pregnancy. Perhaps you are struggling with loss, anxiety, fertility, or trauma or you just need to reframe and move through what happened to you during pregnancy and birth. Though I am not a counselor, I can provide additional help, resources, or support beyond the scope of my doula packages or the free consultation. My hourly rate is $50.
